Fried Tempe (pronounced: tam-pay) or as Wikipedia says: Tempeh
Tempe is a traditional sort-of soycake from Indonesia mad from fermented soybeans. It was extremely popular especially in Java and a very good source of protein.

I suddenly had a craving for flans but I don’t have pudding moulds in my apartment. So I use an array of small containers and make the most random shaped flan ever. XD
My personal fav:

FLAN IN A JAR!!

Since It’s Ramadhan I think it’s appropriate for me to share the recipe for my favourite warm dessert. The Kolak.
It was a popular menu for breaking the fast in here.
You’ll gonna need:
200 gr of sweet potato diced
200 gr of banana sliced
250 gr of brow sugar
600 ml of water
2 blade of Pandan Leaf
200 ml of Coconut milk

It’s pretty simple:
1. Boil the water with the pandan leaf and the sweet potato
2. Lower the heat and put in the brown sugar.
3. After the brown sugar melted thoroughly put in the bananas and bring to boil.
4. Add the coconut milk, stir and ready to serve.

It is also delicious when served cold.
Enjoy~

I call this… Pan Lump Cake

It was pretty easy to make:

Fry some pancakes,

Stack them and layer them with jam (I use pineapple jam in this one)

Whip some cream

Cover the stack entirely with the cream

Sprinkle some chocolate meses

Voila!

PS: This cake was for my bf 20th bday. I cant find a numbered candle so I use small decorative candle to make XX. =p
