I call this… Pan Lump Cake

It was pretty easy to make:

Fry some pancakes,

Stack them and layer them with jam (I use pineapple jam in this one)

Whip some cream

Cover the stack entirely with the cream

Sprinkle some chocolate meses

Voila! 

PS: This cake was for my bf 20th bday. I cant find a numbered candle so I use small decorative candle to make XX. =p
